To make a reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the stay is required via a traditional transfer to the Hotel's account or online payment system, using the First Data Polcard operator and a credit card. In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the prepayment made will be forfeited. The rest of the stay is paid on the spot on the day of checking in at the Hotel. In the case of shortening the stay, the Hotel does not refund the cost of the stay.

Basic information

The hotel stay begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
Children up to 3 years old stay for free if they sleep in the bed with their parents.
We accept pets in the cabins and Studio Apartments for an additional fee of 70 PLN/night. Please inform us prior to arrival.
A refundable deposit of 300 PLN is collected at check-in.
Hotel parking is an additional cost of 29 PLN/night. No reservation is required.
If you wish to receive an invoice for your stay, it is necessary to provide the NIP number at the time of booking.
