To make a reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the stay is required via a traditional transfer to the Hotel's account or online payment system, using the First Data Polcard operator and a credit card. In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the prepayment made will be forfeited. The rest of the stay is paid on the spot on the day of checking in at the Hotel. In the case of shortening the stay, the Hotel does not refund the cost of the stay.

If you wish to receive an invoice for your stay, it is necessary to provide a VAT number at the time of booking.
